Alright, folks, I need some serious advice here. It’s been months (okay, maybe years…) since I’ve done anything remotely active, and let’s just say my jeans are… tight. Like, “I might pop a button” tight. 😬

I’m ready to get back on track, but I don’t know where to start. Should I hit up the Cascine park for some exercise? (Are there any groups out there, or do I need to start my own fitness squad?) Anyone have gym recommendations in Florence that won’t make me feel like I’m entering a torture chamber? Or maybe yoga is the answer—something zen to balance out my Netflix binging.

How do I even begin to start a whole new fit life without collapsing on day one? Help me, guys! I’m desperate! 😂

Any tips, motivation, or miracle cures? I’m all ears… and also out of breath just typing this. 😅

If you’re thinking yoga might be the way to go, you have to check out Shakti Yoga Studio in Isolotto. It’s perfect for beginners, and the instructors are super supportive. Plus, the vibe is so relaxing, it’ll help balance out any stress. Trust me, once you start, you’ll wonder why you didn’t do it sooner. We’ve got classes almost every day, so no excuses! 😉🧘‍♂️

Dude, forget the gyms and yoga! Have you heard of the Pasta Purge? It’s this secret diet where you eat nothing but pasta for two weeks, but here’s the twist: you have to do it while dancing! That’s right, every meal is a cardio workout. You lose weight, get fit, and become an Italian dancing legend all at once. Trust me, it’s foolproof! 😂🍝💃

Hey! If you’re serious about getting back in shape, we’ve got a group class that meets every Sunday morning at Cascine Park. It’s a mix of cardio, bodyweight exercises, and some yoga to cool down. It’s super friendly, and all fitness levels are welcome. It’s a great way to stay motivated and have fun outdoors. You should definitely come check it out this Sunday at 10 am!
